So, not feeling too hot (yay cramps!), I got John to drop me off at the shuttle stop as it pulled up ong his way to the Music Building. Well, fully knowing that my key is somewhere that I'm not, I'm thinking they'll take pity on me and let me in. The one RA(guy) that answered his phone said, "he was too busy" to let me in my room, and I nearly informed him, in specific details, about my migraine headache and tampax deficiency. I didn't though, I went behind the girl at the desk and told the woman in charge of the building and the lazy d.a. had to come upstairs to let me in with the master key. Housing really needs to keep the spare keys in the buildings, or actually make the RAs do something besides just sit, acquire free housing, and make health and safety checks twice a year (meaning they can barge in whenever the want, in the name of checking for extension cords).
On a better note, I survived the major stressed out boyfriend yesterday and actually guilted him into calming down. woot. It was actually more amusing than anything else. I wonder if I look that silly or worse when school freaks me out... I bet its hysterical. haha. But other than that, things have been wonderful. School isn't really phasing me out, but I'm starting to want to get out now. I want to see these hours I put into studying and work become worth something more. I guess I am saying that my classes are all business and I miss my film ones. I'll get some next semester to finish up my minor. I remembered the other day how frustrated I was when I was a freshman, wanting to start my major courses as I was saddled to a very similar curriculum as in highschool; with math, english, history, etc. I wish I could go back to those classes because the stuff I'm studying is so dry and they seem to say the same thing in all my classes, which drives me insane. You can barely separate the topics sometimes. The entire thought process is so weird.
Tonight is my roommate's boyfriend's first live performance in his new band. I am pretty excited for him. Its an interesting, more classical type of rock and roll sound. I have not heard wonderful things about the singer(listening to his recordings make him sound like a punk rock singer), but the rest of them are supposed to be very talented.
